Nick Nankissoor

Nick studied Business Technology Management at Ryerson University (now TMU) in Toronto. He has 10 years of sales experience and was formerly a Design Builder with many projects in Toronto’s restaurant industry along with residential and recreational homes.

He transitioned to a career in Commercial Real Estate, focusing on Investment Sales and Retail Leasing under the guidance of Metropolitan Commercial’s Broker of Record, Ming Zee.

Growing up in Toronto’s Koreatown and living in the Annex, Trinity-Bellwoods, South Parkdale and Toronto’s Waterfront Communities through the years, has given Nick a unique understanding of the city and how to relate to many different communities. He brings this understanding into his client relationships and uses it to support his data analysis process.
